Now Accepting Demo Bids

The Town of Monson is accepting bids for the demolition of the building located at 19 Center St, Monson, Maine. Interested bidders will be responsible for all permitting for demolition and the removal of any potentially hazardous materials prior to demolition. Demolition debris shall be loaded and transported from the property. Mail or hand-deliver a sealed, written proposal clearly marked “Building Demolition Proposal” on the envelope and mail to Town of Monson, PO Box 308, Monson, ME 04464 or drop off at the Town Office at 10 Tenney Hill Road.

Bids must be received by 5pm on Thursday, July 17, 2025. The bids will be opened at 6:00pm on Thursday, July 17, 2025.
